lets start the method of lock a folder in pc without any apps 

First 

you create a text document in you desktop 

& edit the text document

After creating text document 

edit the text 

The code is download  from bellow

After downloaded the text file you can edit your password

editing your password look their techbyshyam that is edit and set your password 

and your computer or Laptop

And go to on the save as and save the file 

save the file and edit the name of file it is necessary to use the name of file is .bat 

you can write any name but use .bat 

and save as type is all 

and save the file 

after saved the file look like above picture 

click on double on the file 

create a private file you keep anythings in the private file 

and the file is hide and luck

again click the above created text .bat file and write y for hide and luck the folder 

after written y press enter and the folder is hide 

folder is and you want to show the folder 

you again click on text .bat file 

and enter your password and open the folder 

successfully
